Our New Chair: Jean-Pierre Le Borgne

We are delighted to announce that Jean-Pierre Le Borgne will be our new Chair of our
Board of Trustees!

He has served as a Trustee for Compaid for the past 4 years, and steps into this new role with
determination and dedication to our charity’s work and the communities we support with our services.

Jean-Pierre said:

I’m delighted to share that I’ve been appointed as the new Chair of Compaid’s Board of Trustees.

I have been proud to support Compaid as a Trustee for the last 4 years, and witness the growth of
their mission to support disabled, older and vulnerable people to connect, learn, and thrive across Kent.

Like many charities, we are facing real challenges in the current economic climate, but securing sustainable
funding while continuing to meet the growing demand of our accessible community transport and digital skills
support services remains our priority.

Stepping into the role of Chair at such a pivotal moment is both a privilege, a challenge and a responsibility
I am ready to take on. I’m looking forward to working closely with our dedicated teams of staff and volunteers,
my fellow Trustees and partners throughout the charity sector to strengthen Compaid’s resilience and extend
our support to the people who need it most.

Thank you Jean-Pierre! We look forward to working with you.
