Digital Skills Training
Do you, or someone you know, want to learn how to use a computer/laptop? Feeling challenged by smart devices or having trouble accessing essential services now that so much is online? Or are you hoping to improve your job prospects with improved digital skills?
Our personalised digital skills sessions provide 1-to-1 support, helping people navigate the internet and use digital devices safely and confidently. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to build on existing skills, our accessible training offers the confidence and tools needed for greater independence in a digital world.
Outreach Digital Skills
Do you have a smartphone, laptop, or computer that you want to use more confidently? Do you want to know how to access the information, communication platforms, and employment opportunities that the internet can offer?
Out Outreach Digital Skills Training is here to support you in gaining these skills and more. In personalised 1-to-1 session held at convenient local venues, you can learn how use your phone or laptop to call, message, and save your photos more confidently; you can learn to use Microsoft Office, Zoom, email and other online communication tools; you can learn to write strong CV’s and cover letters, navigate job searching sites and fill in online applications forms… and so much more!

Is it tough for you or someone you know to get around due to mobility challenges? Struggling to find transport that can comfortably and reliably accommodate wheelchairs?
Our door-to-door service is here to make things easier! Whether it’s getting to work, making it to important medical appointments, or simply enjoying a day out with family and friends, we’ve got you covered. Our accessible vehicles are designed to meet your needs, and our friendly drivers are ready to pick you up right at your doorstep, serving many boroughs in Kent.
