It’s easy to request one of our services, and our staff will be delighted to help you.

The best way to access our digital skills training is to arrange for a taster session, either at our Training Centre in Paddock Wood, or at your own home. At this session, our staff will discuss your needs, the areas of computer skills that you would like to develop, and any wider outcomes you hope to achieve. A programme of support sessions than then be suggested to you. You can request a taster session by emailing or calling 07942 180885.

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit or a similar employment allowance, and live in West Kent, you may be able to access our training services through your Work Coach. Ask at your Job Centre for more details.

To access the Kent Karrier transport scheme in your area, you will need to apply for membership to KCC. Members are accepted if they have a disability or mobility impairment, or if they live more than 200m from the nearest bus stop or train station. More information on Kent Karrier membership can be found here.

If you wish to arrange a private journey, perhaps for a doctor’s appointment or to visit family and friends, simply call our Transport office on 01892 832447.
